Love it! A couple of suggestions if you want to expand it in the future: 1- consider adding an indicator for when to parry, the animations are amazing but make it a bit unclear when to block; 2- You could maybe add the option to evade attacks by moving left and right? Maybe making some future attacks unblockable; 3- Procedural maps? Hehe 4- Adding a sprint would help with replaying the same map again and again, to make things faster
12/10 - Amazing game, played all the way through new game 10. I desperately need this to be a full game. some quick feedback I have is that parrying is kind of pointless after the first couple runs because the colins will never get stunned, and potions become useless after a few more runs because you get one-shot. Some suggestions I have are: a special meter, which charges from parries and allows you to use a strong attack, and potions giving an short attack buff if used at full health, which would add some nice strategy in the early runs and give potions a purpose in later runs. I'd love if some rogue-like elements were added in as well (an endless mode would also be cool).
Colin, thank you for making this. I've legitimately wanted a game like this (3rd person fmv medieval fantasy ala Virtua Hydlide but less crap)to exist for a while and you've realized it. Please please please flesh this out into a full game if it's reasonably doable for you.

I have defeated all the Colins and the only thing I used to do so was a Colin of my own. I am mighty.
Genuinely lots of charm, the gameplay is of course limited but even a small expansion would be welcome.
Honestly, open world with multiple dungeons would my pennies trading hands.
